About Team Acquisto:

Hello, Shana & Mike Acquisto make up Team Acquisto.  We are real estate brokers who live in Frisco, Texas and whom together we have a combined 25 years of real estate brokerage between the two of us.  We are full time, full service real estate brokers who represent buyers, sellers, and full service property management.  We have built a solid reputation from past clients that allows us to operate primarily off of referrals.  We are constant top producers for over a decade in Frisco.  We have grown with the city from 10,000 residents to over 125,000 in 2011.  We have a full service team that includes, real estate needs, preferred lending partners, a full time closing coordinator, and a Rolodex of preferred vendors for every task in the home buying process.  We have leverage the most up to date technology at every turn of the process from our web site, to buyers surveys, to saved searches, magnificent photos, HD virtual tours, text messaging for listings, UPC codes on listings, digital signatures for contracts, professional home scheduling services, and the national realtor.com network just to name a few.

We have a proven method of helping buyers and seller smoothly transact homes in the most efficient manner possible.  Can I get a few moments of your time to complete an introductory set of questions that will guide us in our discussions.  I will be taking notes as we talk so I can better assist you.

After completing the questions if we have a good fit I will show you the 5 necessary items to complete to view a listed property, or the 5 required items to list your home for sale depending upon which you are trying to accomplish.

15. Could you bring it with you for my files or fax me a copy, because a lot of seller require buyers be pre-approved before setting up showings.

17. Is there anyone else that needs to view the property?

18. Are you a first time buyer?

19. Do you fully understand the buying process?

20. Is there anything that would keep you from writing an offer if we found the right property?

21. Stacy is our closing coordinator, she will assist with completing the file. Do I have your permission to have her follow up with you and keep your property moving forward?

Buyer Specific Questions:

22. Do I have your permission to act as your Realtor? I will follow up with the requisite forms for you to initial via email. 

23. Do I have your permission to send you a buyer’s survey for you to complete online. This will help us to identify the top items you want in your dream home? Can you complete and return within 48 hours?

24. Do I have your permission to set up a customized search for you based on your results of your completed buyer’s survey? Please make notes on what you like and don’t like about each home.

25. Can you meet for a face to face meeting within the next 7 days if in town? Set time now. If not can you watch video’s online within 3 days.

26. Executed Realtor forms, buyer’s survey, saved search, copy of your pre-approval letter, and face to face meeting are all required to view homes with Team Acquisto. Are you ready to move forward?

Sellers Specific Questions:

27. Can you please request a written payoff and email it to Closing@AcquistoRealtors.com

28. What is the expected sales price you are expecting?

29. Do CMA and sellers expected sales price concur?

30. Can we set up a listing appointment to view the home and sign papers this week?

31. Obtain sellers signature on expected net sheet.
